How can I use Saffron?
Saffron is a natural source of flavour that can be used for soups, rice, fish, different kinds of meat and to prepare some desserts. The first thing to do is place saffron on a heat source, it has to ve crispy to make it easier to reduce it to a sort of dust. It shouldnīt be too hot because we could accidentally cook it too much or burn it. Once itīs ground we will put it into the stew ten minutes before moving it away from the heat, the time necessary for saffron to act without being overcooked.
